At Total Comfort, we offer FREE delivery across the UAE on all mattress orders.
Delivery Policy

Free delivery across all Emirates within main city limits (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

Delivery time is 1–3 working days for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Delivery time is 3–7 working days for Abu Dhabi and Fujairah.

An AED 100 delivery charge applies for locations outside city limits or remote areas anywhere in the UAE.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order is out for delivery

Custom-size orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Delivery Process
- Our team will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery time.
- Please ensure access is available to the delivery location at the agreed time.
- If you live in a building that requires gate pass or prior approval for delivery, please inform us in advance.
- Our delivery team will wait 15 minutes at the delivery location. Beyond that, we will reschedule to the next available slot Only Once
- After the 2nd attempt, there will be a AED 200 Logistics Charge for next attempt or cancellation.
