Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to sleep comfortably. Please review the terms below for returns and exchanges.
30-Night Mattress Trial
- Mattresses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

A minimum 14-night break-in period is required before requesting a return or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Clearance sale items or products sols "As-IS"
- Refurbished mattresses
- AI Mattress
- Customized mattresses (custom sizes, custom builds)
- Mattresses that are NOT in the Original Condition (Stains, Damages)
Fees
- AED 100 return/exchange collection fee

4% processing fee charge on returns only (exchanges are exempt)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–14 business days after the item is collected and inspected.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges may be done one time only.

Exchange requests follow the same 14-night minimum trial period requirement.
Policy Updates
We may update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future purchases from the date of update.
