WARRANTY & GUARANTEE POLICY.
Total Comfort mattresses come with a warranty against Manufacturing Defects for a period varying from 1 to 10 Years from the date of purchase depending on the mattress model.
Warranty Terms:
- The warranty period is applicable from the date of purchase & only to the original Buyer.
- The Original Invoice must be preserved as proof of purchase and produced along complaint.
- Warranty will be available only in case of product failure due to a manufacturing defect.
- A repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period.
- Total Comfort will not provide a replacement mattress during the process/time of repairs.
What is covered?
This Limited Warranty covers the following instances:
- Any physical flaw in the mattress causing the foam material to split or crack, given normal usage and proper handling.
- Any manufacturing defect in the mattress that may lead to sagging or body impressions that exceed 4cm during each year of use.
What is not covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Any claim by the purchaser regarding firmness, comfort preference, or mattress weight.
- Damage to the mattress due to improper storage or transportation.
- If the mattress has been used for commercial purposes, such as in a hotel or rental property.
Voiding the Warranty:
This warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:
- Invoice is not available.
- The mattress is out of warranty period.
- If the mattress is not kept clean or is visibly dirty. Please note that cleanliness is determined solely at the disposal of Total Comfort.
- If there is any evidence of improper use or mishandling, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
- If the mattress is not used on a proper bed base or foundation that provides adequate support.
Limitations:
- Warranty can be claimed only once per warranty period.
- No transportation or shipping costs will be covered under this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
- The responsibility of Total Comfort for warranty claims is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
- Claims, if any, arising from the warranty will be restricted to courts within UAE only, and total liability shall not exceed the product purchase value.
Making a Claim:
If a defect appears during the warranty period, the purchaser should contact Total Comfort with proof of purchase and photos of the defect in detail. Total Comfort reserves the right to determine whether claims are resultant of a manufacturing defect and not a result of misuse or mishandling.
