- Unused Mattresses, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- For mattresses covered under warranty, defects or issues arising after the initial return period will be addressed as per the warranty terms applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mattresses that have been used, soiled, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.
- Customized or made-to-order mattresses are non-returnable.
- For defective mattresses, customers may also opt for a free repair service, subject to the warranty terms.
