Warranty Policy

Total Comfort offers a Limited Warranty starting from the date of invoice. The following policy applies to items covered by our Warranty:

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid within the UAE only. An invoice is required as proof of purchase for the warranty claim

• Covers defects in the core spring unit and core foam structure only.

• Mattress handles are for adjusting the mattress on the bed frame only; damage caused by lifting or carrying the mattress using the handles is not covered.
  

• A manufacturing tolerance of ±2 cm in length, width, or height is acceptable; warranty applies only if dimensions exceed this tolerance.

• For mattresses 20 cm and below thickness, sagging greater than 2 cm is eligible for warranty claim. For mattresses greater than 20cm, sagging greater than 3 cm is eligible for warranty claim beyond normal wear and tear.

 

Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Any Clearance Sale item or sold "As-is"
  
• Warranty does not cover improper usage, including using the mattress on an unsuitable base, folding or dragging the mattress, excessive weight, or any other misuse.
• Damage caused by spills, stains, burns, cuts, tears, moisture, pets, or improper cleaning is not covered.
